This week’s crystal is **Rhodonite** — a beautiful pink and black crystal often associated with emotional balance, compassion, forgiveness and heart healing 💜

Rhodonite is one of those crystals that feels especially suited to times when emotions are a little heavier than usual. It is often used as a supportive crystal during periods of hurt, stress or overwhelm, helping to create a sense of steadiness while you work through what you are feeling.

It is also strongly connected with **self-worth and compassion**. Not just compassion for other people, but for yourself too — especially when you are being hard on yourself, replaying old situations, or carrying emotions that need a little more gentleness.

Because Rhodonite is linked with the **Heart Chakra**, it can be a lovely crystal to work with when you want to focus on emotional healing, forgiveness, softer boundaries or rebuilding confidence after a difficult period.

You might carry it with you, hold it while journalling or meditating, keep it somewhere you can see it, or simply use it as a reminder to slow down and meet yourself with a little more kindness.

**This week’s gentle reminder:** healing does not have to be rushed. You are allowed to process things in your own time, and you are allowed to be gentle with yourself while you do it ✨

This week at Brambleside Holistics, our theme is Emotional Replenishment 💜

We often notice when our bodies are tired, but emotional tiredness can be quieter. It can show up as feeling flat, irritable, overwhelmed, disconnected, or as though even small things are taking more from you than usual.

Emotional replenishment is about gently putting something back in. That might be rest, quiet, comfort, time alone, time with someone who feels safe, or simply allowing yourself to stop pushing through for a while.

It does not have to be productive, impressive or perfectly planned. Sometimes replenishment looks like a warm drink, a slow evening, journalling, listening to music, holding a favourite crystal, or doing something that helps you feel more like yourself again.

This week, try asking yourself not only, “What do I need to get done?” but also:

What would help me feel supported, soothed and emotionally restored?

You do not need to wait until you are completely depleted before offering yourself care. Small moments of softness still count, and you are allowed to refill your cup too ✨

Take one brave little step 💜

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. You do not need to feel completely confident, certain or ready. Sometimes courage is simply choosing to move forward while still feeling a little unsure.

A brave step does not have to be big or dramatic. It might be sending the message, asking the question, setting the boundary, trying something new, or giving yourself permission to choose differently this time.

Small steps still create movement. They help build trust in yourself and remind you that you are capable of doing difficult things gently, one moment at a time.

So today, instead of asking yourself to do everything, ask:

What is one small, brave step I can take from where I am now?

Let that be enough for today ✨

What are you quietly proud of? 💜

Not every achievement is loud, obvious or easy for other people to see. Sometimes the things that take the most courage happen quietly — getting through a difficult day, setting a boundary, asking for help, trying again, or choosing rest before you reach breaking point.

Perhaps you handled something differently than you would have before. Maybe you kept going when things felt uncertain, spoke to yourself with a little more kindness, or took one small step towards something that matters to you.

We can be so quick to notice what still needs doing that we forget to acknowledge how far we have already come. Progress does not need to look dramatic to be meaningful, and you do not have to wait for a huge milestone before allowing yourself to feel proud.

Take a moment today to recognise something you have done, faced or learned recently — even if nobody else knows how much it took.

What are you quietly proud of right now? ✨

What helps you feel confident? 💜

Confidence can come from so many different places. For some people, it might be feeling prepared, wearing something they love, or spending time with people who help them feel accepted and supported. For others, it might come from practising a skill, setting a boundary, or reminding themselves of everything they have already made it through.

It does not always arrive as a big burst of courage. Sometimes confidence grows quietly, through small moments of trusting yourself, speaking up, trying again, or choosing not to talk yourself out of what you want.

You might also find that certain rituals help you reconnect with your inner strength — journalling, movement, music, affirmations, time outdoors, or carrying a crystal that reminds you of your intention.

There is no single way to feel confident, and it can look different from one day to the next.

So, I’d love to know:

What helps you feel more confident, grounded and like yourself? ✨

This week’s crystal is Sunstone — a warm, uplifting crystal often associated with confidence, joy and personal power.

Sunstone has a bright, encouraging energy to it, and can be a lovely crystal to work with when you need a reminder of your own strength. It is often linked with self-belief, motivation and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that feel capable, radiant and alive. If you have been feeling flat, doubtful or as though you have lost a little trust in yourself, Sunstone can be a beautiful prompt to gently turn back towards your own inner light.

I think one of the lovely things about Sunstone is that it doesn’t have to be about becoming louder or more “out there.” Confidence is not always bold and obvious. Sometimes it is simply making a decision, backing yourself, speaking kindly to yourself, or taking one small brave step that honours who you are and what you need.

You might choose to carry Sunstone with you, hold it while journalling or meditating, or keep it nearby when you want support with courage, motivation or stepping into your own energy a little more fully.

This week’s gentle reminder: your light does not need to be earned. You are allowed to trust yourself, take up space, and let yourself shine in your own way ✨

This week at Brambleside Holistics, our theme is Confidence and Personal Power 💜

Confidence does not always look bold, loud or fearless. Sometimes it is much quieter than that. It can be trusting your own judgement, speaking honestly, taking one small brave step, or choosing not to shrink yourself to make other people more comfortable.

Personal power is not about controlling everything around you. It is about feeling more grounded in who you are, recognising your worth, and remembering that your voice, needs and boundaries matter too.

This week, notice the moments where you already show courage. It might be making a decision, trying something new, asking for what you need, or simply choosing to believe in yourself a little more than you did before.

You do not need to feel completely ready before you begin. Confidence often grows through action, one small step at a time.

Where are you being invited to trust yourself more this week? ✨

🤫 Sssshhh… I’ve got a little secret to share!

From September, I’ll be opening up some new daytime appointments at Brambleside Holistics 💜

If you’ve been thinking about booking in for Reiki, Crystal Healing, or simply giving yourself some dedicated time to pause, reset and recharge, there will soon be a little more flexibility during the day.

I’ll be sharing the new availability properly very soon, but for now… consider this your sneaky early heads-up 👀✨

Sometimes making time for yourself is the hardest part — so I’m hoping these new daytime spaces will make it that little bit easier.

More details coming soon… 💜

A gentle reset does not have to mean changing everything at once 💜

Sometimes, it can simply mean pausing long enough to notice what feels heavy, what feels out of balance, and what you need more of right now.

You might like to take a quiet moment with a cup of tea, a favourite crystal, or your journal, and reflect on these prompts:

What has been taking more energy from me than I realised?
What would help me feel calmer, clearer or more supported?
What can I let go of, even just for today?
What is one small thing I can do to help myself feel more like me again?

There is no pressure to have perfect answers. Let whatever comes up be enough.

A reset can be soft. It can be slow. It can begin with one honest thought, one small boundary, one cleared surface, or one decision to choose yourself a little more gently.

What does a gentle reset look like for you today? ✨
