Off on an adventure to the library! 📚✨

Our little ones took a trip to the library recently, and what a treat it was! From choosing their own books to sitting quietly for story time, it was a lovely chance to explore a whole new world of stories beyond the nursery walls.

Trips like these help build a love of reading, encourage independence, and show our little learners just how exciting books can be.

🎓✨ Preschool Graduation & Leavers’ Prom Party! ✨🎓
What a truly special celebration we had for our amazing preschool leavers! 💕 We absolutely loved celebrating our wonderful children as they prepare to take their next big step into big school. 🏫🌟

We enjoyed delicious food, danced our socks off 💃🕺, played lots of fun party games, shared plenty of laughter, and made so many beautiful memories together. There were lots of hugs, huge smiles and, of course, a few emotional tears too! 🥹❤️

We are incredibly proud of every single one of our children. You are all such confident, enthusiastic learners with amazing personalities, and we know you will shine brightly as you begin this exciting new chapter. 🌈✨

We wish each and every one of you the most amazing future filled with happiness, friendship, learning and wonderful adventures.

We will miss you more than you know! 💕🥰

🌈 Cut, snip, stick... rainbow magic! 🌈

Our little ones got busy with the scissors and glue sticks today for a giant "Cut and Stick" rainbow challenge, snipping coloured paper into little pieces and building their very own big rainbow arch by arch!

This kind of activity is brilliant for so much more than a lovely display piece. While they cut and stuck, our children were busy:

✂️ Building scissor skills and hand-eye coordination
🎨 Matching and sorting colours onto the correct arch
🧠 Practising concentration and following a step-by-step task
🤝 Working together and sharing the tray of tools

The result? One giant, gorgeous, very well-loved rainbow! 🌈✨

Snipping, threading and tying — our little ones turned colourful pasta and ribbon into their very own bracelets today! Fine motor skills, patience and a whole lot of pride in the finished result. 💛

Fists bumped, bracelets compared - craft doesn't get much sweeter than this!

🌊 Scooping, pouring, sea-treasure hunting! 🐚

Our little ones dived hands-first into an oat-and-shell sensory tray today, complete with sparkly blue "ocean" oats, shells and little wooden pots and scoopers to fill, tip and pour!

This kind of sensory play is brilliant for so much more than keeping little hands busy. While they scooped and poured, our children were busy:

🧠 Strengthening fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
🐚 Exploring texture, weight and cause & effect
🗣️ Practising describing words like "full," "empty," "pour" and "tip"
🤝 Sharing pots and scoopers with their friends

Simple ingredients, endless imagination! ✨

From clapping and dancing to singing favourite songs and exploring different rhythms, these fun-filled sessions encourage children to express themselves, build confidence, and develop listening, language, and coordination skills, all through the joy of music.

At Ellie's Nurseries Epping, we believe quality childcare should be simple and transparent. Here's a look at our monthly fees for September, all worked out annually and split evenly across 12 months for easy budgeting:
📅 2 days/week: £888.34 (no funding) | £576.04 (15hrs funded) | £263.73 (30hrs funded)
📅 3 days/week: £1,332.51 | £1,020.21 | £796.98
📅 4 days/week: £1,776.68 | £1,464.38 | £1,262.81
📅 5 days/week (10% full-time discount included): £1,998.76 | £1,717.69 | £1,555.78
✨ Every fee includes: all meals, nappies & wipes, our Famly parent app, exciting educational programmes, experienced and qualified staff, and parents' evenings.
We proudly accept childcare vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare. Early starts from 7:00am also available for just £10.
📍 Open Monday–Friday, 7:45am–6:00pm, 51 weeks a year.
