Our vision is to create a community where education is highly valued, diversity is embraced, and young people are encouraged to take control of their learning, with the support of a highly skilled and nurturing team around them. Our aim for the young people coming to The Tower School is quite simple; we want every young person to progress both educationally and socially. We want them to develop an

understanding about themselves and to experience what success feels like. By doing this, we can equip every young person with the skills and knowledge they need to reach their full potential.

They also got to guess what jobs staff had dreamed of doing at their age.

Popped into the civic centre near school yesterday afternoon, where they are collecting for Ukraine, to deliver these lovely drawings of support from 2 of our pupils. They’d googled how to write their messages in Ukrainian 🥰. Huge respect for the volunteers. A truly military operation. 11 vans have already left and arrived in Lviv. All of this will be leaving on Sunday. They could really do with some help on Sunday morning getting everything loaded, so if you are free and have some muscle power, please do pop down.

I was reminded by our CEO, David Leatherbarrow, that today was employee appreciation day. So after a week involving shrove Tuesday pancakes and World book day cupcakes, today it was the non food option of daffodils for every member of staff just to show that I really do appreciate them. They do an amazing job every single day.
