Hi Guys, this is my new fitness page. I’ve been running online fitness classes for over a year online during Covid.
I’m a qualified PT and fitness instructor. Been in the industry since 2000. With experience in class instruction of all styles, gym instructor, PT snd Fitness Management.
Alongside this I’m a Fitness coach for Abfab Fit Club in Thornwood and soon to be at the new Bishops Stortford unit too. 💚
I’ll be running online zoom classes, outdoor boot camps in the summer and personal training.
