Restart a Heart
There were plenty of smiles in year seven today as children took part in ‘Restart a Heart’ live lesson.
The children learned the life-saving message of Check, Call and CPR. Discovering what to do if someone needs urgent help. They found out how to check for danger and responsiveness, call for help, and begin CPR while waiting for the emergency services to arrive.

To make the lesson memorable, pupils practice CPR on teddy bears while keeping the correct rhythm to the tune of Baby Shark. Thankfully all teddy bear patients made a full recovery!

Wildfire Painting
Year 6 have been enjoying researching and learning lots of facts about wildfires through our topic - Natural Disasters. We also created beautiful wildfire paintings inspired by a famous artist. These have both made a wonderful display in our classroom.
