Due to the passing of two family members of our Health and Wellbeing Officers we have made the difficult decision to postpone tonight’s Youth Event until next Thursday 26th Feb. All youths will now be able to attend next week.

Reminder of this great free event happening tonight. All welcome to Mahon’s Hotel at 6.45pm. This talk is geared towards an adult audience and future events are planned for our Young People.

Irvinestown GAA St. Molaise GFC Irvinestown are delighted to bring you a series of Health and Well-Being Evenings, supported by the PHA/Clear Project.

Conor McCafferty, who comes from a background of youth work, further education, counselling and psychotherapy, will be speaking about emotional health and the positive and negative ways to deal with feelings.

He will join us on Thursday 5th February at the Delaney Suite, Mahon’s Hotel where he will share his inspiring message and experiences. Further events will be planned at later dates where Conor will speak to the Youth in our community, delivering hope, healing and insight where it is needed most. Details of these dates will be posted soon.

This event is free and open to everyone. Mental and Emotional Health affects everyone one of us so please share this message to reach as many as we can.
