Holy Trinity Primary & Nursery School, Enniskillen

Thank you to our families/carers and all the friends of Holy Trinity who sponsored children for their big walk on Monday 22nd June. The walk raised a total of £3225. The proceeds of the walk will go to MacMillan Cancer Support Charity and to fund much needed new school playground equipment.

Thank you to Lauren and Shannon who visited Holy Trinity to accept a cheque for £1000 on behalf of MacMillan Cancer Support. Lauren and Shannon are the daughters of our dear colleague Sandra, who died this year. Sandra is so missed by her friends and colleagues at Holy Trinity. Her family remain in our thoughts and prayers.

Thank you to Lauren and Shannon for spending some time with us to remember Sandra. During their visit the girls helped Shane, our caretaker, plant a tree in the school grounds of our Cornagrade site in memory of Sandra. Staff who worked closely with Sandra placed special memory stones around the base of the tree, afterwards everyone said a prayer for her and took a little quiet time for reflection.

Congratulations to our P6 pupils who received medals on Sports Day. 🏅🏃🏻‍♀️

Congratulations to Elin and Oisin who both won prizes for their amazing art work in the recent Mannok Art Competition. Gareth Cauldwell from Mannok visited Holy Trinity today to present Elin and Oisin with their prizes.👏🎨

Congratulations to Fianna in Mrs Daly’s class. Fianna has become an Accelerated Reader UK & Ireland word millionaire. Keep up the fantastic reading and quizzing Fianna.👏📖📘📚

P4 took part in some sports day activities in the school hall as the Fun Day was postponed.🏅👏🏻

In Nursery the children made dreamcatchers with artist, Sheila O’Hare. They had a wonderful end of year trip to Johnny Rocko’s.

P5 have taken part in a variety of Sports day activities over the past few days. There have been high jumps, long jumps indoor javelin, races and more. The damp weather has meant some of these have taken place in our school hall. Congratulations to these sports day medal winners in P5.🥇🥉🥉
