What an incredible day on Castle Island for the very first 'My Inner SATNAV Experience' pilot programme.
I had the privilege of spending time with a group of amazing women who embraced the experience with openness, honesty, laughter, courage, and a willingness to explore what really matters.
Together we walked the island, completed activities, reflected, connected, and shared stories.
Some of the feedback included:
❤️ “A fantastic time away from normal life to connect with yourself.”
❤️ “I felt comfortable talking about things and connecting with other women.”
❤️ “The content was very adaptable to different situations in my life.”
❤️ “It gave me a better understanding of my emotions, perceptions, and boundaries.”
❤️ “The venue and setting were excellent.”
I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who took part and trusted me with this first pilot. Your honesty and encouragement mean more than you know.
I believe this is the beginning of something really meaningful and I’m excited to see where the journey goes next.
A special thank you to Trevor from Blue Green Yonder and my wonderful husband John for all the help to get things set up for this event.

There is a point in life where things can still look right on the outside… but no longer feel right on the inside.
I recently spoke to Natasha, who made the decision to step away from a successful career. From the outside, it worked. But internally, something had shifted.
At first, she spoke about wanting to leave something behind for her children… but when we paused, her thinking changed.
It wasn’t really about them. It was about her… and what she wanted for this next stage of her life.
What followed wasn’t a quick decision or a clear plan. She stepped back. Took time. Explored. And slowly began to find a different way forward.
Listening to her, it made me reflect on how often we keep going… without really questioning what’s driving us.
Midlife can be a time where that question becomes harder to ignore. Not because something has gone wrong — but because something within us has changed. If you have ever had that feeling… you’re not alone.

And if it leaves you with questions of your own… that might be a good place to start. 💕
