Good session at the WEBBS Honbu last night! 🥋
We spent the evening working on Hane Goshi, going over the finer details before getting stuck into plenty of randori.
Some really good throws going in, lots of hard work, and everyone getting plenty of rounds in. Great to see everyone pushing each other, improving, and enjoying the training.

All classes will be running as normal this week. However, due to the hot weather, training sessions will be adjusted and made a little easier to ensure everyone can train safely and comfortably.
Students will not need to wear their full gi/uniform for classes this week. Lightweight training clothing is perfectly acceptable for both children and adults.
Please ensure that you or your child bring plenty of water to every class and stay well hydrated before, during, and after training.
