Lea Valley Academy

Yeah it’s great here tbh

Lea Valley Academy is a school where pupils are generally happy to attend. Students are given a voice and there is a well established student council which is lovely !

Lea Valley Academy has facilities and friendly team. Highly recommended.

It is so sad to know that a subject teacher is not replaced in absence e.g Drama teacher.

I work full time, as a single parent it's great to receive feedback both good and bad not just bad. Charlie has always struggled but has said he is starting to enjoy lessons.

I think this is a wonderful school, it has improved so much in the last couple of years. The teachers are very supportive and understanding towards the students. I believe its a great idea to send your child here.

I think the school is very good, great communication between teachers and students. However it would be sublime if the school had more funding for basketball

I think Lea Valley is extremely underrated this school is beyond peoples first thoughts completely surprising them with especially year 10 standing out as the next generation and having the completely support of the staff and subject teachers including the year of heads.

I love this school as a student I learn a lot even though there is a lot of homework I find it good and very helpful when teachers ask about my mental health

I have no more experience

I feel my son has settled in well at lea valley but he gets very mixed messages from certain subject teachers. When discussing things with his peers he is told to stop talking and then I get a phone call to say how well he is doing and being a great role model to his peers and he's polite and attentive but he is told a different story by the same teacher

I came from a school where no one was listened to and everyone was treated horribly. I struggled to go school and began to hate it. When I was then home schooled, ever since I joined lea valley I started to like school. The teachers are very supportive and the year group is more than I could ask for.
