What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of relaxation. During hypnosis, a person is not asleep or unconscious. Instead, they are deeply relaxed and highly attentive. In this state, the mind is more receptive to helpful ideas and suggestions.
How Does Hypnosis Work?
When someone is hypnotized, their body relaxes, and their mind becomes calm. This relaxed state allows the conscious mind to quiet down, making it easier for positive suggestions to reach the subconscious. These suggestions can help people make meaningful changes in their thoughts, feelings, or behaviours.
Myth: Hypnosis is mind control.
Reality: You remain in control at all times and cannot be made to do anything against your will.
Hypnosis can be beneficial in some of the following areas.
Reducing stress and anxiety
Improving sleep
Building confidence
Breaking unwanted habits
Enhancing focus and motivation.
I deliver "bespoke" hypnosis tailored specifically to your personal situation.

5 Tips for boosting your self confidence.
No.1: Celebrate Your Wins (No Matter How Small!)
Confidence isn't built overnight; it's a collection of small victories. Did you finish a challenging task? Speak up in a meeting? Acknowledge and celebrate these wins. Each success, no matter how small, reinforces your abilities and builds momentum for future challenges.
No.2: Challenge Negative Self-Talk
We all have that inner critic, but it doesn't always tell the truth. When you catch yourself thinking negatively, challenge those thoughts. Ask yourself: Is this thought based on fact or feeling? What evidence do I have to support this thought? Replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations and realistic self-assessments. You are stronger and more capable than you think!
No.3: Practice Self-Care
Taking care of your physical and mental well-being is crucial for confidence. Make time for activities that make you feel good, whether it's exercising, reading, spending time in nature, or pursuing a hobby. When you prioritize self-care, you're sending yourself the message that you are worthy of love and attention, which naturally boosts your confidence.
No.4: Set Achievable Goals
Overwhelming yourself with unrealistic goals can lead to frustration and self-doubt. Instead, break down larger goals into smaller, more manageable steps. As you achieve each milestone, you'll experience a sense of accomplishment that fuels your confidence. Remember, progress, not perfection, is the key!
No.5: Step Outside Your Comfort Zone.
Growth happens when you challenge yourself. Identify areas where you feel uncomfortable or fearful, and then take small steps to confront those fears. Whether it's public speaking, networking, or trying something new, each time you step outside your comfort zone, you prove to yourself that you are capable of handling new challenges. This builds resilience and dramatically increases your confidence.
If you would like to know how to boost your confidence using NLP, Bespoke Hypnosis or Emotional Release Therapy, book a free confidential discovery call or request a confidential questionnaire.

Is an unwanted fear affecting your life, stopping you from doing the things that you would love to do.
Unwanted fear can prevent us from pursuing our goals and living a fulfilling life.
Often fear is triggered by an event from the past that has this emotion attached.
Using Emotional Release Therapy to remove this emotion from the memory (whilst preserving the memory) is an effective intervention to help to remove unwanted emotions.
Should you wish to know more about this technique contact me through my website or request a confidential questionnaire.

Does unwanted anger affect your personal and work relationships? Would you like to react better in certain circumstances?

Anger is a natural emotional response that usually arises when you feel threatened, hurt, frustrated, or treated unfairly. It’s your mind and body’s way of signalling that something isn’t right or that your boundaries have been crossed.
The key is how you express and manage it. Recognising what’s behind your anger is often the first step toward understanding it.
Emotional Release Therapy and/or Bespoke Hypnosis are interventions that can help to resolve the underlying reasons behind this unwanted emotion.
If you would like to know how these interventions can help with this (and other unwanted emotions/habits) take advantage of a free confidential discovery call or you may prefer to request a confidential questionnaire.

Release your Negative Emotions with Emotional Release Therapy

Negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, and guilt can weigh us down, affecting our mental and physical well-being. Emotional Release Therapy (ERT) is a holistic approach designed to help individuals acknowledge, process, and let go of these emotions in a healthy and constructive way.
What is Emotional Release Therapy?
Emotional Release Therapy is a therapeutic practice that combines various techniques to help individuals identify and release suppressed or unresolved emotions. The goal is to create emotional balance, improve self-awareness, and promote overall well-being.
Is ERT something that you think may help with a negative emotion you want to remove?
If so, choose the option of a free discovery call or ask for a confidential questionnaire by visiting my website

Will hypnotherapy help with my stress/anxiety?
What is hypnotherapy? Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation to achieve a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance. While in this state, individuals are more open to suggestion, which can be used to modify behaviours, thoughts, and feelings.
Contrary to popular misconceptions, you are always in control during hypnotherapy. It's not mind control, but rather a tool to help you access your unconscious mind and make positive changes.
My therapy uses "bespoke hypnosis" which is relevant to your exact mindset issue and not an "off the shelf" system.
Using relaxation techniques, metaphors and hypnotic language I target the specific areas that are causing your problems.
These can be stress, anxiety, phobias or other unwanted habits that you would like help with.
Is it worth a try?
Why not take advantage of a free 20 minute discovery call to discuss your current issue.
Alternatively email me for a confidential questionnaire so that I can assess your mindset issue and get back to you at your convenience.

Can NLP help with my mindset?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) can help with anxiety by changing the way you think about and respond to stressful situations. It focuses on the connection between your thoughts, language, and behaviour.
Some ways NLP can help include:
* Reframing negative thoughts: NLP techniques can help you reinterpret anxious thoughts so they feel less threatening or overwhelming.
*Anchoring calm states: You can learn to associate a physical gesture or word with a feeling of calm, so you can trigger that state when anxiety arises.
*Changing internal dialogue: NLP helps you notice and adjust the tone, pace, and content of your inner voice to make it more supportive and less critical.
* Visualization techniques: You can use guided imagery to mentally rehearse calm, confident responses to situations that usually cause anxiety.
*Pattern interruption: NLP teaches ways to break habitual cycles of anxious thinking before they escalate.
If you would like to discuss how NLP and other mindset interventions may help you, just visit my website for a free telephone discovery call or request a questionnaire by email.
