Children love to play freely outside and the freedom to run about .Getting the children outside is an important part of their development. So they can gain confidence and awareness of their surroundings, and inter

In my setting we use my front room and the kitchen .with plenty of floor space that is set up so the babies and children can play freely . Reading and Story Time
The Children love story time this is good for one to one on each child, and also in a group. .This is a great start to the child's development. Arts & crafts
Children have very active imaginations and given the resources they can create many pieces. I ensure we have plenty of art and craft sessions where children can Use their own imagination to make that masterpiece or two. Finger painting

Going on outings is exciting for the children and important for there development. This is good for the children Allowing them to become aware of their environment around them, and gives them confidence to interact with their surroundings helps them develop a sense of the world

My working hours are Monday – Friday 6am – 6pm and I work all year round, I also can offer babysitting services please ask about this. I provide flexible childcare to meet your families individual needs and working hours. I aim to provide flexible childcare to meet your families individual needs and working patterns. What a beautiful week it’s been here at Casa Maria’s — full of planting, baking, painting, handprints, and so much laughter. The children poured so much love into their Mother’s Day crafts, and watching their little hands create such big memories has been the highlight of our days.

From tiny seedlings planted with care, to flour‑covered smiles in the kitchen, to colourful paint splashes and those precious handprint keepsakes… it’s been a week overflowing with joy, creativity, and love.

Wishing all our wonderful mums a gentle, happy Mother’s Day weekend. You are appreciated, celebrated, and so deeply loved ❤️

I’m so pleased to officially welcome Martin—my husband—as our Ofsted-approved childcare assistant here at Casa Maria’s.

Martin has now received his suitability letter from Ofsted, confirming he’s cleared and registered to work with children in our setting. It’s just the two of us caring for the children day to day, and I’m grateful to have Martin supporting our routines with warmth and calm.

He’ll be helping with drop-offs, playtime, and gentle transitions, and many of the children already know him as a kind, familiar face. We’re excited for this next chapter and truly thankful to have him on board.
