Little Farmers Club A weekly group for children aged 1-4 years which aims to develop their early learning skills in a hands-on environment.

Each week is based on a different animal or Farm activity. (Term time only)

Each week we meet a different animal, then make a themed craft or have a sensory tray 🎨🖌️

Autumn term starts on 9th & 10th September with Big Animals week!

Week 1: Big Animals 🐑
Week 2: Rabbits/Guinea Pigs 🐇
Week 3: Chickens 🐓
Week 4: Donkeys 🫏
Week 5: Pygmy Goats 🐐
Week 6: Ducks 🦆
Week 7: Halloween party! Spiders and snakes 🕷️🐍

Little Farmers you have been amazing!

At South Angle Farm Park this week our little farmers washed all of our tortoises so that their shells are nice and shiny 🐢🧼🫧

Congratulations to all our little farmers who graduated, you are all brilliant little farmers and have been fantastic with all our animals! Wishing you all the best on your next adventures 🥾🧭🌳

This week Little Farmers at South Angle Farm Park did a nature a hunt and used what we found to make nature crowns!

Your nature crowns all looked fantastic!

Next week is our last week, we will be doing a tortoise wash! If your child is leaving little farmers to start school in September, please message me your child's name and I will make a graduation certificate for them.

Alpaca Week! 🦙🦙🦙

Our little farmers had a lovely time meeting our alpacas at South Angle Farm Park. Some of us met Meeko and some of us met Robin and Loxely!

Then we made our own alpacas using real fleece from when our alpacas were sheared! Loxely's wool was very popular.

Everyone was brilliant with the alpacas, little farmers you are so gentle and calm with all our animals, you should all be very proud of yourselves 😊

Next week we will be doing a nature hunt and making nature crowns 🌿👑

It was hot this week and our reptiles loved it!

All our little farmers at South Angle Farm Park were amazing with our scaly friends! We met Winston the bearded dragon, Nessie the leopard gecko, Kate the skink and Dave the snake 🦎🐍

We even made some of our own snakes to take home🎨

Thank you everyone who came, if it was too hot for you to attend don't worry we still have three more weeks of little farmers fun this term!

Duckling week! 🦆

Our ducklings had an amazing time doing their first ever swim with the help of our little farmers at South Angle Farm Park!

Thank you little farmers, you all did an excellent job of helping our ducklings learn to swim and keeping them nice and warm afterwards 🤗

Next week is tractor week, we'll be washing our tractors so we might get a bit wet! 🫧🫧

Little farmers had a great time at South Angle Farm Park this week!

The pigs also had a fantastic time getting lots of yummy veg and even some watermelon (their favourite! 🍉)

Everyone's paper plate pigs looked fantastic!

Our chicks hatched!!! 🐣🐣🐣

Our little farmers at South Angle Farm Park carefully collected eggs from our chickens a few weeks ago, and did an excellent job because 9 chicks hatched!
You were all so gentle with our little chicks this week, they loved meeting you 🐥

Next week is our final week of this term and we will be meeting our minibeasts 🪲🐛
