I went to Thanet Technical College when I left school to study Catering and Hospital, a qualification which has enabled me to travel the world. Life is now quite a different story as I am primarily a mum of three small children. Having my three children has reawakened my love for cooking and the joy of baking, especially their birthday cakes. I love seeing their little faces when I have created a

December was a bit busy putting it lightly 🤯. I’ve taken a break and now my diary is open. Please be reminded that I require a two week lead time to ensure I have the correct items and this also allows me time to place any orders or source products.

Just a World Cup cake. Ok, leave it with me. Bit of a double edged sword as this is for my nephew. How is it possible that you were born 10 years ago? Blink of an eye and next up will be own own little boy turning 10.
It’s a wrapped up 2022 perfectly and now my kitchen has officially closed (well for cakes that is). Wishing you all a truly wonderful Christmas.
