“Positive things are happening at Wood Recyclability!

Today four of our trainees successfully completed their Manual Handling training delivered by Training. Well done team, outstanding focus and commitment to achieve this!

We are also delighted to announce that Ernest Hines has joined our on-site team as HSE Supervisor. Ernest brings many years of experience in the safety and healthcare sector and will be leading the training and development programmes for our trainees and staff.

We also welcome Baz Nichols as a special volunteer to the management team. Baz is a Pitmedden resident and will take on a new role of Community Engagement Coordinator. Look out for lots more to come from Baz.

In other great news we have sealed the deal with our new Operations Manager and that person will be joining the team on September 1st . More details to follow on that exciting announcement soon.

If you would like to work with us, we currently have a vacancy for a Yard Supervisor/Operator. You will need to be a certified Telehandler Operator and be able and willing to work with a diverse group of folk! Please contact us for a chat if anyone is interested.

We depend heavily on our valued team of volunteers and are always interested in hearing from anyone who would enjoy sharing their time and skills in supporting our mission. Feel free to give us a call for more information.
