A huge congratulations to Louise, who was voted as our Employee of the Month for May! 🌟

Since moving to our Toddler Room, Louise has continued to build strong relationships with all of the children, many of whom she previously looked after in our Tweenie Room.

Louise sets up fun and engaging activities that supports each individual child’s development in a fun and exciting way.

Louise has also been a fantastic support to the team, helping to embed a consistent daily routine while establishing clear boundaries and expectations allowing all the children to thrive in independence.
