Inspire by Sbarduno CIC was created in 2022 to transfer information, educational and industrial skills
to young people of all ages. The Director, Awen Ashworth’s intention is to inspire young people to
consider a career within STEAM and to nurture their interest in Science. We aim to deliver activities which benefit the community and in particular to:
(i) advance the education of young people of
all ages in Science, Technology, Engineering,
Arts and Maths (STEAM);
(ii) to support the development of key skills, motor skills, social skills and wellbeing in young
people and with their families and in adults, including elderly people; and
(iii) to inspire young people to consider a career in STEAM and to nurture their interest in
Science. The hands-on Science Activities are suitable for all age groups and can be tailored to meet
requirements. For example: Schools, families, mother and baby groups, communities, care homes, children's parties and skills/team building sessions at any workplace.
