Registration for ELC places opens on Monday, 12th January 2026.

If your child was born between 01.03.22 and 29.02.2024, you will need to apply for your funded ELC space between 12th and 23rd January 2026.

We are holding open evenings on Tuesday, 13th and Tuesday, 20th January, 1735-1820, for anyone who would like to come and see our space and find out about the care we offer here at VIP Childcare.

Please come along and find out how you can use your (up to) 1140 hours ELC funding with us. With term-time, Year-round, and Split placement options available, we are sure we can flexibly meet your family's needs.

Please note that for the start of the of the 2026/2027 academic year, we will be in our new home at Highfield House. Our open evenings will be held at our current premises at the Community Centre, Trinity Road, Elgin.

A Note from VIP Childcare

Firstly, thank you to everyone who was able to attend our AGM on Wednesday. It was lovely to see you all and to have the opportunity to share our year at VIP.

We were delighted to share some very exciting news — VIP Childcare will be moving to a new home at Highfield House in Elgin (the former community surgery)!
We are thrilled to finally have a secure and permanent home, especially after the challenges surrounding the community centre closure.

We are incredibly fortunate to have a landlord who is developing the new space to meet our exact needs — creating an environment that supports our children, families, and staff.

Our future is looking bright, and we are truly grateful for this opportunity!

📢📢📢Pre - school funding applications will open soon.

You should apply for your child's funded space from January 13th to 24th. The application link will go live on Monday, January 13th, and we will share it with you then.

❤️If your child was born between; 01.03.2022 and 31.08.22 - you should apply for a place starting August 2025

💚If your child was born between 01.09.22 and 31.12.22 - you should apply for a space starting January 2026.

🩵If your child was born between 01.01.23 and 28.02.2023 - you should apply for a space starting April 2026.

Registration week for ELC funding begins Monday 13th January and will run for two weeks.

If your child was born between 01 March 2021 and 28th Feb 2023 you need to register for their 2025/2026 funded place.

We have limited spaces available in our 3-5 provision and would like to invite interested families to tour the setting.

Our open sessions are :

Tuesday 7th January - 1730-1830
Tuesday 14th January - 1730-1830
Saturday 18th January - 1000-1100

We are open 0800-1730 Monday - Friday 50 weeks of the year and
have flexible wrap-around care options available.
