This afternoon was the turn of the adult and older child - they also made fab calzones (and had the brilliant idea of brushing garlic butter over thèm once out of the oven), the chocolate and caramel cookie cups and then they made some garlic knots too. Great job done by everyone today (and a big thanks to my two kitchen helpers who worked so hard!)

Mexican street food class this afternoon with a lovely group of guests along to join in the fun!
Corn tortillas with delicious birra beef (also made a vegetarian version with aubergine), chicken Tinga tacos, veggie quesadillas, Mexican slaw with lime, and chocolate, orange and chili pots. So many great dishes!
