Kyung Hee University Demo team member Garam Lim is at focus Taekwondo for the next few weeks, she’s already been inspiring the next generation of black belts this week at our summerschool and regular classes. Pop along anytime to give taekwondo a try

Great first class back after the holidays, Garam Lim from Kyung Hee university Breaking team (Demo team) Korea. is here helping in classes for 1month- so great to have her here, she is very technical but good fun to . And wow great flexibility, power and everything you need for Extreme Taekwondo.

Garam is on her way to Scotland🎉🎉 - the Kyung Hee University demo team player - will be with us for 1month - I bet you are all as excited as I am to welcome her to Focus Tkd
She’s an Extreme taekwondo athlete, can’t wait to see her amazing spinning and jumping kicks.

Wow what a day, after someone left the tap on last night Monday night and me being away all day til 5pm Tuesday night - I was met with a major flood - overwhelmed and so thankful to everyone who came and helped - so proud to have you or your kids in my classes - what a team ❤️
