Yesterday at VARSITY 2026 we had the chance to play against Surrey and achieve an absolute win of 13-7 🥰💪🏽

Hi everyone we want to introduce an enthusiastic writer who did a great job publishing his book which is heavily chess themed. Mr Max Hamid the writer of Merveilla🥰

Merveilla is a hidden, technologically advanced society flourishing in the mountains of 1500s Europa. Six Kings and their Boards, must fight for Merveilla’s squares every twenty years, as Queens, Bishops, Knights, Rooks and lowly pawns get caught in the chaos of an electoral year. Who will be sacrificed from the board? And who will cheat their way to the last row and rule Merveilla’s squares? ⬛️⬜️ ⬛️⬜️

On 6th Feb we had the chance to take part in Eton College tournament and ended up with second place 🥈☺️

This week on Tuesday we had the chance to have David analyse Kramnik VS Kasparov world championship of 2000
Which led Kramnik to achieve his first ever world championship as he defeated Kasparov🔥
And the rest of the session was pure chess chaos 😎

Yesterday we were grateful to have David to show us an interesting game analysation of Mikhail Tal 😊
After that everyone just sacked their queens 🥲

We were honoured to have GM Mahdi Gholami orimi (Metiforce) playing with our members and give us the opportunity to gain a new experience ☺️
