Welcome to October! 🍂 Hasn't this first week of term absolutely flown by?!

A huge welcome to everyone who has joined the Royal Holloway Business School community these past few weeks; we hope you've enjoyed getting to know campus, meeting new people and settling into university life.

Today is the first day of teaching in a brand new academic year, and the start of a learning journey that is uniquely yours.

The names on our walls here at Royal Holloway tell the story of generations of students who have learned, grown and succeeded here - and today, our brand new cohort are joining that story. We can't wait to see what you'll achieve, the friendships you'll make and the mark you'll leave on our community!

Welcome to the family.

We're delighted to see Royal Holloway, University of London ranked 33rd out of 130 UK universities in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2027!

Rankings only tell part of the story, but it's wonderful to see the work happening across our community recognised in this way. Figures like these act as a reflection of the talent, commitment and ambition of our students and staff, and we're grateful to everyone who plays a part in that. ⭐

Then ➡️ Now

Founded in 1849 by Elizabeth Jesser Reid, Bedford College was the first college in Britain to provide university education for women, helping to break down barriers in higher education. Today, that pioneering spirit lives on at Royal Holloway Business School, where we continue to champion opportunity, innovation and leadership, empowering students from all backgrounds to shape the future of business.
