A huge thank you to our wonderful community for their generous donations this Harvest.

The children enjoyed learning about the importance of Harvest in our assembly yesterday - thank you to Ade from Edwalton Church, Holy Rood for coming in to help!

Our donations have gone to ‘The Friary’ where we know they will help lots of people in need.

We loved welcoming our Flying High Partnership SCITT students for their PE training day on Friday!

The children loved being taught by this incredible bunch of future teachers and cannot wait to welcome them back in June 🏑🏅

We hope the older students had as much fun as our younger students and take all their PE learning back to share with their schools 🏫

Year 3 had a fantastic time on their trip to Bestwood Environmental Centre today to support their learning about the Stone Age!

They made their own clay pots, built shelters, had a go at cave painting and even made a mini ‘stone henge’

Year 1 went back in time this week to immerse themselves in our history enquiry of ‘Is All Change for the Better?’

As well as dressing up from the past, we wrote with dipping ink, learnt some dances through the decades, played old games and buried our very own time capsule in the woods.
We are so excited to continue our learning about changes within living memory!
