🌿 We are Recruiting at Forest School for Life, Silfield Norfolk
We are looking for people who come alive outdoors.
If you can follow a child’s lead through brambles, mud kitchens and moments of pure curiosity, you might be exactly who we need.
We are seeking five bank staff for irregular hours. These roles may grow into permanent positions for the right candidates.
A six week trial period is offered.
We are also recruiting for a one year Maternity Cover SENDCO position from October 2026 to October 2027 for two days a week, all year round. This role sits within our management team and plays a key part in shaping our inclusive outdoor practice. You will brief staff, support reflective conversations, champion child led learning and help us embed our vision for nature based inclusion across the whole provision.
We need experienced, enthusiastic practitioners who understand nature based learning and who know how powerful it is when children lead their own discoveries. You will need maturity, humour and experience supporting younger children outdoors, along with the ability to represent our brand with professionalism and warmth.
