So grateful for this opportunity, thank you Corra Foundation. Let’s keep bringing positive change to our young people life’s and community.

We are pleased to announce £749,850 of multi-year, unrestricted grants going to 17 groups promoting racial equity and tackling racism.

The Corra Racial Equity Fund provides grants of up to £50,000 for groups that are led by, and working with, people from Black and racially minoritised communities. It is part of Corra’s commitment to supporting groups that have historically been under-resourced, in turn limiting their voice and power.

The 17 organisations receiving funding from this round of Corra’s Racial Equity Fund are:

🌟Aberdeen Multicultural Centre SCIO
🌟ANYISO
🌟Baba Yangu Foundation SCIO
🌟Bijli Productions
🌟Empower Women for Change
🌟Exhale Dot Group CIC
🌟Flosverse Techsphere CIC
🌟Isaro Community Initiative
🌟Jambo! Radio SCIO
🌟Livity Youth Edinburgh
🌟Muslim Women’s Association of Edinburgh
🌟SATH Community Heath Project
🌟Scottish Ethnic Minority Deaf Charity
🌟Strathclyde Wing Hong Elderly Group
🌟Scottish Asian Counselling Services
🌟The Adelphe Community Outreach
🌟Rare Breed Men Tribe

Be sure to keep an eye out as Corra’s Racial Equity Fund will reopen for applications later in 2026. Along with The Henry Duncan Grants opening for applications in late Spring 2026.

Happy International Women’s Day!
Livity Youth Edinburgh celebrated International Women’s Day by honoring Helen Crummy’s legacy in Craigmillar and Niddrie. The youth engaged in discussions about inspiring women and created artwork on canvases and mirrors focused on identity, confidence, and equality.
Was a productive day of creativity, movement, and meaningful conversation.
Thanks for everyone who came along and wish all the women have a wonderful day ❤️
