MOPS Wester Hailes Free Food and Fun for pre-school kids and their carers. A safe place to meet, play & satisfy rumbling tummies, right in the centre of Wester Hailes.

Just enter Holy Trinity Church through the big blue door to find a bright and friendly free play cafe. MOPS (Mothers of PreSchoolers) has been running at Holy Trinity Church in Wester Hailes for around 10 years. Every year we have a theme and organise our activities around this theme. This year our theme is "We Are The Starry Eyed" and we plan to look at aspects of Hope, Wonder and Kindness. MOPS meets every fortnight during term time. MOPS in the morning is for all local Mums and we provide a creche (MOPPETS) for your pre schoolers. Breakfast is also provided before the session starts/

MOPS at night is for all Mums and we can leave our wee ones tucked up in bed at home and eat cake ! Our sessions sometimes involve talk from an expert on an aspect or parenting or we might have a discussion about an item of interest, sometimes we enjoy crafting and a good natter, we have also been involved in charitable work too. MOPS is fun, supportive, educational and nurturing. We are all Mums and Grannys and would love to see you there !

No group this morning, back next week. The Clovie Corner Shop is having a Fun Day from 1pm till 4pm- bouncy castle, face painting, food, home baking etc, for something local to do with the kids.

HT Play Cafe exists to offer you a safe space for play & rest, right in the centre of your Community. Monday 10-11.30am for families with under 5s. This is the last one before the Summer, but we’re back Monday 26th August.

Every Tuesday, between 2-3pm, we open our Cafe to those in need of accessing our foodbank. Our amazing team of staff and volunteers do an amazing job week to week serving some of the most vulnerable in our community.
