Hi guys and gals,
Start at Gleneagles tomorrow so I thought I'd let you know that I am missing you all and the Risk Factory. Calling in today to see whose there after dropping off all my old uniform at Police stores. Wanted to thank you all again for making my 5 years at the risk factory happy and adventurous ones and also wanted to say thank you for the Lovely gift of monies whisky's and wine( chateau neuf de pape no less) that you gave me. The whisky is already opened and was an excellent choice as the Glenlivet 12 year old malt was a favourite tipple of my father and is one of mine too. Thanks Les for the Grouse and glasses had a drink to you already.
Now the money, I was going to put it towards golf clubs but thought they will be replaced eventually so went Internet searching and got a Sunice Wellsford golf waterproof jacket which was reduced from £250 to £150 and carries a life time waterproof guarantee so shall be with me a long time and every time I wear it I'll think of you all and the special times we shared. Pictures of jkt below. Thanks again to all volunteers it has been my pleasure to know! Martin # # # # # #

Today was my last day working for the Police at the Risk Factory. It has been a blast and lasted longer than I thought it would. I've thanked the volunteers who have been so great so now it's the staff. Everybody at the Risk Factory has been great over the five years I was there and that made coming to work every day a pleasure for me. The kids were always great and the teachers who brought them. I hope the Risk Factory grows with this change and gets even better. Caroline has been a great boss and a pleasure to work with. I will come back and get the water sound effect working soon!
For those of you that don't know the venue for the night out has changed to the Imperial Palace in Inglis Green Road then somewhere for drinks. Hope to see new and old volunteers and staff there to say goodbye.
I am off to pastures new starting at Gleneagles as a seasonal golf assistant in April. Thanks again to everybody especially Kenny, Jim and Lud and Felix it was great times! Martin Brunton ex Risk Factory Coordinator.

If you did not know Police Scotland removed my post and I have had to take voluntary? redundancy. I am having a final doo at Cosmos in Edinburgh on 7th March to which all invited, please let Caroline know if your coming tho. Thanks to you all again for helping make my 5 years + so enjoyable! Kind regards and with love Martin X

I just wanted to say thank you to all our volunteers for, being there!!. Of late numbers of volunteers at the risk factory have not been great. But you guys are great, totally understanding and not complaining about high numbers and I do know that its not easy leading large groups. We have a lot of new volunteers coming through at different stages and I hope that soon we will have good numbers taking part and lessening the load on our regular attenders. Anyway tomorrow fruit slices are on me as promised. Thank you all very much again.
