Day 6:
SWEAT Session @ Villa Victor followed by afternoon yoga & reflection with .corfu!
Afternoon 5km run that the girls absolutely smashed - lots of PB’s flying about & finishing off the day with the most incredible dinner at Elizabettas 🍽️

Day 7:
5-10km Morning Run, breakfast at the gorgeous , final massages with the amazing !
& then the final goodbye lunch at our favourite .

The perfect end to a perfect week 🤍🌞

Celebrating 6 years of SWS & The Retreat 🤍

A special evening surrounded by my lovely girls!!!!

There will never be enough words to thank my clients, both previous & current, for all their support, you are all SO appreciated. I wouldn’t be 6 years on without you all ✨

To be able to be surrounded by incredible females every day will always be super special to me & I still feel SO thankful I’m able to call this my job🥹

Here’s to many more years & hopefully more exciting things still to come!

SWS Presentation @ Edinburgh College ✨

A little 360 moment for me today.

Feeling very honoured to have been asked to go back to Edinburgh College today to give a presentation to aspiring students going through their Level 3 PT course & have the opportunity to talk about where my journey has taken me since graduating from college/uni & to where I’ve now managed to build SWS and my own business to.

My own fitness journey started off when I was in my HNC course at college.
That was when I started going to the gym, realising that I loved it and came to the decision of not only progressing on to University, but also, knowing that this was something I wanted to do for my life, my job & to help as many other females as possible.

So I have a lot to thank college for to where I am today!

I LOVE seeing so many people interested in not only fitness in general but, wanting to make a career out of it.

A lovely morning reflecting back on my journey so far & hopefully showing others that theres no reason you can’t achieve what you want to achieve whilst loving every minute of it 🤍

An absolutely unreal feeling to get a new 5k and 10k PB!!!!

Unbelievably proud of my best friend for smashing this race - never fails to surprise me what other amazing things she can achieve, she done FAB 🤍

SUPER proud of my unreal client for hitting a PB today as well - will never stop calling you the speed queen because amazing 🥳🤣👏🏼

Final push to the end of 2023 training wise & I am EXCITED - you can achieve anything when you put your mind to it & what an amazing feeling it is when you do!

Scottish Half Marathon: 1 hour 56 mins✔️

This was the hardest run I’ve ever done, especially mentally, I just couldn’t turn my mindset round after first 12k I’d say. Not the time I was going for but still a new PB!

Happy I still managed my 5k in 23 minutes and 10k in 48 minutes 🏃🏼‍♀️

Was feeling so good up until 10km and then with the turn in direction, the wind was making it so hard, think I just hit a wall mentally and physically. First time I’ve ever finished a race and started crying but sometimes race days don’t go to plan and that’s okay☺️

Seeing all my amazing family, friends and clients at the end made me feel really lucky. And glad I finished the run laughing cause a wee random man wanted to race to the finish line🤣

I learnt a lot during this run, have so much to take away from it and make sure I put just that extra bit of work in next time! Onto the next✅

407 Easter Eggs dropped off at the this morning 🐣🐥

THANK YOU so so much to everyone that gave eggs into the collection.

The amazing team at the Food Bank were explaining that they were dropping off the Easter eggs in parcels to areas around Edinburgh today and that kids are usually always waiting by their door to get their easter chocolate so I think we can definitely agree how amazing it is to be able to give what we can.

Again, just thank you to you all, with your kindness, you have all made a lot of children very happy for Easter 🍫🤍
