I absolutely love that Lesley and Rosie are keeping it in the family.
Lesley first started training with me last summer, and then in November her daughter Rosie decided to join her fitness journey too.
Rosie now trains with me twice a week, focusing on improving her cardio fitness and building strength. She's always full of chat, laughs, and giggles, but when it's time to work, she gives every session her all!
Lesley's approach to training is equally inspiring. Alongside her 10-mile runs and Body Pump classes, she uses her PT sessions to help build upper body strength and increase muscle. What I love most is that she sees personal training as a way of treating herself – and I think that's such a fantastic mindset to have.
Seeing both of them grow stronger, fitter, and more confident has been a real pleasure, and it's a reminder that fitness can be something the whole family enjoys.

I'm covering the women's class for the wee Gaffer this week while she and the Gaffer enjoy some well-deserved time off.
If you've ever walked past the gym before class starts, you'll hear plenty of chat, laughter and the occasional bit of friendly banter. But as soon as it's time to get started, these women switch gears and get to work!
They show up every week ready to challenge themselves, support each other and have a great time doing it. The atmosphere is fantastic, and everyone is made to feel welcome, regardless of fitness level.
A brilliant group of women who prove that fitness doesn't have to be serious to be effective!
Here's to another Monday of hard work, plenty of laughs and maybe just a little bit of sweat! 😅
