Just had my last lesson with a student who is moving away. Always strange ending lessons after a couple of years. Creating music with someone and helping them with that, you get to know each other quite well, with none of the egos and self interest of a band. Lots of good jams and interactions over the years!

That moment when you write a chord sequence with a student, they start improvising a melody and it all turns into a Radiohead version of the Harry Potter theme tune. Once it’s been heard, it can’t be unheard! 😂
