As the summer holidays approach, it’s so important that children know the police are there to help them — especially if they ever get lost, feel unsafe, or need help. 👮‍♂️💙

Teaching children to fear the police can stop them from seeking help when they need it most. Instead, we should help them understand that officers are trusted adults who are there to protect and support the community.

A simple conversation now could make a huge difference in a scary moment later.
