When Perrys Field to Fork Artisan Butchery & Cookery School was just a little idea back in 2018 and a big dream, I never imagined quite how special this journey would become! 🥹

Today, I am bursting with pride at what my little business has grown into — a successful, award-winning Artisan Butchery & Cookery School, filled with laughter, learning, fabulous food, friendships and, most importantly, wonderful memories! 👩‍🍳🔪🥖

But none of this would have been possible without the incredible people who have supported me along the way.

❤️ To our amazing tutors who share their passion, knowledge and skills.

❤️ To our wonderful guests who walk through our doors, some as strangers and leave as friends.

❤️ To everyone who likes, shares, comments, recommends and champions our little business.

🍎 WHAT A FABULOUS DAY CELEBRATING BRITISH APPLES! 🍏

Yesterday we welcomed the brilliant The Hungry Guy to Perrys Field to Fork for our Celebrating British Apples Experience — and what a fantastic time we had! 👨‍🍳🍎

There was plenty of cooking, learning, laughter and, of course, some delicious British apples taking centre stage. 🇬🇧

One of the highlights for us was seeing one of our guests, who is coeliac, adapt the recipes and even create some new versions of his own. ❤️ It just goes to show that with a little creativity, dietary requirements certainly don’t have to mean missing out on fantastic food and hands-on cookery experiences.

A huge thank you to The Hungry Guy and to everyone who joined us and made the day such fun.
