💫 Meet our Staff in Adventure Avenue 💫

We would love to introduce the wonderful staff who work in our Pre-School / Flying Start room. They are a strong, dedicated team who work extremely well together, ensuring the very best care and learning experiences for all of our children.

Our team has a wide skill set and a wealth of experience and this truly shines through in everything they do each day. Their knowledge, confidence and passion help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel supported to grow and thrive.

This room is where independence continues to develop from the toddler room. Through purposeful play, routine and encouragement, our team helps build confidence, resilience and essential life skills.

We are incredibly proud of our staff and the commitment, teamwork and care they show to our children and families every day ⭐️

✨ Meet our Toddler Room Team ✨

We’re so proud to introduce the amazing staff who work in our Toddler Room. They are a strong, consistent team who work incredibly well together and this truly shines through in the children every single day.

As children transition into the Toddler Room, routines begin to be gently embedded. Through teamwork, clear communication and a shared approach, our staff provide clear direction so children feel safe, confident and know exactly what to do.

Independence is a big focus in this room and it’s wonderful to see how capable our toddlers become. From self-serving at snack and meal times, to being encouraged to put on their own wet weather gear in our dedicated wet room, the children are supported to try, practice, and succeed.

Our team also works closely with families to support toilet training, ensuring each child is guided with care and consistency.
This strong, collaborative team ensures that all of this happens to a very high standard- creating a nurturing environment where toddlers can grow, learn and thrive 💛

We are so lucky to have such a dedicated team,guiding our toddlers every step of the way! 👏✨

🌟 Meet Our Baby Room Team 🌟

We’re so proud to introduce the wonderful members of staff in our baby room.

Each member of our team is a key worker for a small group of children. This means they take responsibility for those children’s care, learning and wellbeing, helping to build strong, secure relationships and provide consistency every day. Having a familiar adult who truly knows the children makes such a difference in helping them feel safe, happy and confident.

Our Baby Room team is a very strong, close-knit team who truly know the children inside out. They work together seamlessly to ensure every child receives the highest level of care, attention and reassurance throughout the day.

🎄✨ A Magical Day at Colliers Adventure Farm! ✨🎄

Thank you to all the wonderful families who joined us on our Christmas trip to Colliers Adventure Farm.

The children had so much fun- meeting Santa (some for the very first time), feeding and petting the farm animals and just enjoying the magic of the day. Their faces were full of excitement from start to finish.

A huge thank you to our local authority for giving us the opportunity to apply for a Childcare Education Enrichment and Workforce Development Grant, allowing us to offer this magical experience to families who may otherwise have missed out. We are incredibly grateful for the support.

What a wonderful PACT session we had yesterday. The children had so much fun exploring outdoors with their grown ups- from getting toasty by the fire and creating nature pizzas in the mud kitchen to taking on the role of Baristas in our role play cafe… this was a firm favourite! ☕️

A huge thank you to all the parents who joined us. When children see their families engaging in activities within the setting, it strengthens their sense of belonging and has a positive impact on their learning.

And of course, a big thank you to our amazing staff for their continued hard work and dedication. You work tirelessly to create these meaningful opportunities for our children and their families and it is truly appreciated 🤍

Over the past few weeks, we have been exploring the wonders of autumn. The children have taken part in a range of seasonal learning experiences, both indoors and outdoors, noticing the changes all around us. We have been exploring natural textures, creating autumn-inspired artwork and learning new language to describe what we see and feel 🧡

To extend our learning further, we have enjoyed walks within our local community. These experiences have helped the children build curiosity, confidence, and a sense of belonging as they observe the world beyond the nursery environment.

Our staff have been supporting as enabling adults- following the children’s interests, encouraging curiosity and stepping in to extend learning when those wonderful little moments happen naturally 🍁

Some of our children have been busy collecting treasures on autumn walks, mixing up potions with natural materials, and of course, sharing lots and lots of happy smiles along the way 🥰
