Inspiring Future Teachers (IFT) is a teacher training programme offering all the benefits of being part of a large national programme whilst at the same time providing locally delivered school-based training.

Created through a partnership of Multi-Academy Trusts, Teaching School Hubs, Curriculum Hubs, Research Schools and existing SCITT providers with many years of experience, IFT delivers a comprehensive and evidence-informed, centre-based training.

The programme is led by highly skilled teachers and professionals from your local area who are passionate about education and providing the best possible life chances for the children in our schools.

⭐️ Set your goals - have some clear goals in mind for when you return. Is there a target you want to hit? Maybe there’s an element of teaching you want to feel more confident about. Or do you want to start networking and building wider connections?

⭐️ Prioritise wellbeing - As you get back into your routine, remember to prioritise your mental and physical wellbeing. Build small habits like regular exercise, mindfulness, or even a few minutes of journaling each day to keep yourself grounded and energised.
