Looking to develop your career in childcare? This is your chance to earn while you learn in a supportive, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities for young children
• Help create a safe, caring, and inclusive setting
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care
• Observe and track children’s development
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and setting policies at all times
What We’re Looking For:
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• A caring, positive, and patient attitude
• Willingness to learn and complete coursework (Level 2 qualification)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic English and Maths (GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent preferred, or willingness to work towards)
