Here in Eastleigh Town Centre, there are a number of places where help and support are available, here is just a few of them:

๐ Eastleigh Basics Bank โ Offering practical help and support for those facing difficult times.
๐ Solent Mind โ A local mental health charity offering advice, resources and support services.
๐ Samaritans โ Available 24 hours a day if you need someone to listen. Call 116 123 anytime.
Inclusion Recovery Hampshire - substance misuse.
Wells Place Centre - have coffeeshop Pastors.
The Counselling Space - has amazing support.
Junction Church - has debt help and other things
Sometimes the best first step is simply talking to someone you trust, visiting a local cafรฉ, getting some fresh air, or connecting with your community. Eastleigh is full of people and places who care.
