π Help Shape Windmills Wraparound Care for September π
At Windmills, we are always looking at how we can make our wraparound provision even better for our children and families.
From friendships and fun, to creativity, outdoor adventures, trying new foods and developing important life skills, Windmills is so much more than childcare. It is a place where children feel safe, included and excited to take part in new experiences every day.
As we plan ahead for September 2026, we would be very grateful if parents and carers could take a few minutes to complete our short survey. Your feedback plays a vital role in helping us shape provision that meets the needs of our families.

ποΈπ Year 6 Residential Trip πποΈ
The countdown is almost over!
From Wednesday 17th June to Friday 19th June, our Year 6 pupils will be heading to the Conway Centre in Anglesey for what promises to be an unforgettable residential adventure.
Over three exciting days, children will have the opportunity to challenge themselves, try new activities, build confidence, strengthen friendships and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Residential visits are a special part of primary school life, giving children the chance to develop independence, resilience and teamwork whilst having lots of fun along the way.
We know our Year 6 pupils will be fantastic ambassadors for Millfields, demonstrating our school values of Faith, Respect, Courtesy and Endeavour throughout their stay.
We canβt wait to hear all about their adventures when they return!

These relaxed sessions are a wonderful opportunity for parents, carers and children to enjoy a bagel and a brew together while sharing a love of reading.
As part of our Millfields Page Turner Challenge, weβre encouraging children to discover the joy of books, explore new stories and celebrate reading as a community.
Whether youβre a regular visitor or joining us for the first time, weβd love to see you there.
Because some of the best conversations start with a good book, a warm drink and a welcoming community.

π More Than Wraparound Care π
At Windmills, children do so much more than simply spend time before and after school.
They build friendships, gain confidence and create memories that last long after the school day ends.
From nature trails and outdoor adventures to trying new foods, celebrating special occasions and learning valuable life skills through play, every session is filled with opportunities to explore, discover and grow.
Our caring team works hard to create a safe, welcoming environment where children feel happy, supported and excited to be part of the Windmills family.
For many children, Windmills is a place where friendships flourish, independence develops and every day brings a new adventure.
π Making friends
πΏ Exploring nature
π Celebrating together
π Trying new experiences
β Building confidence and life skills
Because wraparound care should be more than childcare. It should be a place where children thrive.
