"Shame be to him who thinks evil of it." I am CEO of my own security, bodyguard and military combat training company which has existed for many years. I advise and teach civilian, military and security personnel and agencies from around the world. I also run regular Self Defence classes suitable for all abilities.

2: Chinese Kung Fu 🇨🇳
I studied in the People’s Republic of China
I have as my Masters the most skilled of Chinese martial artists. I am highly graded with them and was awarded the title “Master” in 1990 by Grandmaster Jifu Huang. I teach regular seminars in Wushu.

3: Japanese Karate 🇯🇵
I have a formidable reputation and long documented history in this field. My Ikken Hissatsu Karate classes are both traditional and practical.

4*: Anglo Celtic Martial Arts 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧
This system is my own system which I have developed over very many years. It incorporates striking, locking and throwing, shoot wrestling, ground grappling and ancient and modern weapons. Anglo Celtic Martial Arts Association keeps alive the martial heritage and traditions practised by the people of England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the people of Europe. The history is long and varied from Celtic, Viking, Anglo-Saxon etc. This is a practical based, martial art system.

5*: Anglo Celtic Stick Fighting 🇬🇧
A practical, stick based fighting system. A stick fighting system based on Eastern and Western techniques. Using sticks ranging from 6 inches to 6ft but specialising in 3ft Celtic Heavy Stick (mostly Blackthorn). Incorporating routines, strikes, locks and throws. Also involving kicks, punches elbows etc. A very practical system. Stick Fighting was practised in many countries throughout history. I draw on English, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, European and Asian traditions.

6*: Western Martial Arts:🇬🇧
Kickboxing (semi and full contact). My students have won competitions at National and International level in Freestyle *Kickboxing and Chinese Full Contact Sanda, also in Muay Thai at the Kings Cup in Thailand. I have trained from scratch, British, European and World Champion Students of whom I am very proud.
*Wrestling (Northern English Shoot/Submission wrestling)
I have studied in and trained in wrestling since I was a youngster, I have studied, taught and trained in and Cumberland, Westmoreland, Shoot/ Submission Pankration styles

7*: The Healing Arts 🙏
I was and am a pioneer of Tai Chi and Qigong Chinese Health Exercise and I am internationally recognised. I was the first person outside China to teach it in Western hospitals. Alongside this have studied and taught meditation, having myself studied and received initiation from one of the highest recognised Tibetan Buddhist Masters. I am a recognised Ling Qi (Reiki) Master. I teach group and private sessions in the healing arts. I teach in all the above and more in classes, seminars and in private sessions. I am based in my own establishment "The Sanctuary" in Eastham Wirral. This is not a sports centre.. it is a private, members only professional martial arts and healing arts centre of excellence. My students are a group of friendly decent human beings who will welcome you in as family. Young or Old. Well or not so Well. Fit or not Fit. All are welcome. All we require is that you are also are a decent, down to earth soul who has a desire to improve yourself and will act both within the club and outside the club in a manner that will honour the club and your training and not dishonour it.
