At CTTC we hold meetings for local beauty, complementary and sports therapists where we have guest speakers sharing their knowledge with us. This allows us as therapists to gain Continuous Professional Development points which is generally a requirement of most insurance policies. Please get in touch if you are interested in joining us.

CTTC has created another reflexologist! Well done to Nancy in achieving your Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. Nancy will be working mobile in the Eastbourne and surrounding areas with a focus on providing reflexology treatments for clients with additional needs. Nancy can be contacted on 07747870080. On Wednesday 1st July 2026 we held the meeting for the Federation of Holistic Therapists. We shared a lovely evening experiencing the wonderful Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with Carole of Karmaviolet. During the evening Carole introduced us to the principles of EFT and its benefits which include support for anxiety, mental health conditions, PTSD and so much more. We were guided in a live interactive demonstration to illustrate and feel its benefits. We also discussed how we should all look after ourselves, listen to our bodies and with EFT put us back in control. This earnt us 2 CPD points, contributing towards our ongoing professional development. Lemon & Ginger tea was served with flapjacks.
