Pre-Prep and the Eco Club made the most of the sunshine before the end of term, creating beautiful cyanograph artwork inspired by the plants and flowers they have been growing. A sustainable and creative way to make art and encourage our pupils to slow down, observe closely and develop a deeper appreciation for the natural world around them.

From Year 6 at St Andrew’s Prep to Year 13 at Eastbourne College, our talented choir pupils enjoyed an unforgettable tour to Italy. Performing in two spectacular settings, they delivered memorable concerts at a beautiful private villa near Venice and on the shores of Lake Garda. Their schedule featured a wonderful selection of choral works alongside impressive vocal and piano solos. Beyond the performances, pupils explored the historic streets of Venice and Verona, immersed themselves in Italian culture and rounded off the tour with a thrilling day at Gardaland theme park. Well done to all our young musicians for representing both schools with such talent and enthusiasm.

What an incredible way to round off their time at St Andrew’s Prep. The Year 8 Leavers’ Ball brought the jungle to life with its brilliant I’m a Year 8, Get Me Out of Here! theme. From jungle inspired mocktails and a lively photo booth to a packed dance floor and even some very special animal visitors, it was certainly an evening to remember. We wish every member of Year 8 the very best as they take their next exciting steps forward.

The final Valedictory Service of the term gave our Year 8 pupils the chance to enjoy one last chapel gathering together and reflect on their time at St Andrew's Prep. Pupils shared some of their favourite memories and celebrated all they have achieved during their years at the school. It was a wonderful opportunity to look back with gratitude and ahead with confidence as they prepare for the next chapter of their educational journey.

Congratulations to Josh on his recent outstanding achievement, finishing 2nd in the country in the 75m sprint. Competing at the iconic Alexander Stadium, home of the former Commonwealth Games, Josh broke his personal best in the heats before breaking it again in the final, securing a very close second-place finish. A fantastic accomplishment that reflects Josh’s hard work and determination.
