⭐️ Tummy Time ⭐️

Trying to encourage tummy time even if just for a few minutes each day is so important!
By strengthening their neck and back muscles they are starting to build up the strength they need for holding their head up, sitting up and even crawling.
Encourage baby to lay on their tummies whilst looking at a book, their favourite toy or looking in a mirror. Use a foil blanket or other textured covering for baby to lie on - or even use a beach ball like we do in class.
Remember even times spent lying on you whilst on their front counts as tummy time too!
