💙Happy half term! 💙

We've had such a fantastically busy term 5!
We've had some brilliant investigators, instepcting the different bugs we've found in the garden and the allotment, had dinosaur tea parties, celebrated Sir David Attenborough turning 100 with many different animal set ups, such as; sea animals and bugs, and worked on a fantastic process art piece together!

We also worked on planting seeds and learning how to help them grow and explored the story 'whatever next' which the children have adored.

Just a reminder that nursery is closed next week for half term and we resume ready for our final term of the academic year on monday 1st of June at 9am.

Our news letter has been added to your child's tapestry journal too.

Have a fabulous week in the sunshine all!
The Nursery team 💙

💙HAPPY HALF TERM! 💙

Last week we explored all things love!
We had many activities happening all around nursery to explore what love means to us individually.
We..
used the white boards to draw things that make us happy🥰
Used the magnets to create amazing houses in a variety of ways, the children then used some small world figures to represent their family homes🥰
Explored the colours red and pink with some soft valentines fairy dough🥰
Painted hearts and pictures of people who are important to us 🥰
Baked some tasty heart biscuits and decorated them to take home 🥰

More photos of this terms fun and learning to follow!

And a little reminder that we are closed this week for half term.
We're back, ready for term 4 on Monday 23rd February at 9am! 💙

∆WEDNESDAY 3RD SEPTEMBER 9AM∆

As a new academic year begins, the nursery team would like to extend a very warm welcome to all our new starters and a big welcome back to all our caterpillars and butterflies!

A couple of reminders upon our return..

Parking
Please park safely. Cars are not permitted to drive into the school grounds or park on any yellow lines around the school. Please also do not park down Tutts barn lane by the allotments, this is a private road. There is parking on gorringe road but please don't park in front of residents drives. The main school starts between 8.30am and 8.45am so parking is significantly easier after these times. Please try and be in to nursery as near to 9am as possible for the session to start (we will open the doors at 8.55am) Early bird sessions will start from 8.30am at an additional charge.

We ask that all children bring in a healthy snack to have during the morning and every child should bring a named water bottle. If they are staying after 12.00 they will also need lunch in a lunch box, if you need any help or ideas for snacks we have lots of photos just outside the office that you are free to go through or please have a chat with staff.

Uniform is available, please ask a member of staff if you would like to purchase any.

Parent consultations will take place in the upcoming weeks with your child's key person. This is an opportunity for a brief chat to ask any questions and discuss your little ones journey with us.

We are excited and ready to go!
We can't wait to see you all!
