Representing us at the Dance World Cup, this incredible trio danced their hearts out and brought home both Gold and Silver in their two sections!

To compete on the world stage is an achievement in itself, but to come away as the very best in the world is next-level. Your hard work, dedication, and passion have officially paid off, girls.

Please join us in sending the biggest congratulations to Lola, Betsy, and Chloe. πŸ‘‡πŸŽ‰βœ¨

The best until last, Day 4 of the Residential Trip! All groups took part in a very kindly extended Coasteering session by Reach Outdoors which allowed pupils to progress onto higher jumps than usual thanks to the groups brilliant attitude throughout the week which has impressed all leaders and caterers etc. All pupils showed commendable bravery and resilience, and thoroughly enjoyed the session.

Afterwards, we had a lunch break and then went straight into the final activity of the trip - Giant SUP and Water Games, which was a really nice way to finish the week, ready for the travel home tomorrow. An extremely successful and enjoyable week, with a lot of smiling (and tired) faces!

Day 3 of the Residential trip allowed groups to complete the first rotation of activities, with Group A travelling to Dartmoor to complete some Ridge Walking and Gorge Scrambling. The group had a brilliant time wading and climbing through rapids and down water slides, as well as reaching the top of Dewerstone Rock. Groups B and C completed both Bushcraft (where pupils were learning how to filter water and create dens - which had to pass a 'rainproofing test'), and Indoor Climbing, where a lot pushed themselves outside their comfort zone. Pupils are currently sat in the clubhouse supporting England if they wish, and preparing for what should be a fantastic day tomorrow - with all groups Coasteering in the morning and doing Water Games in the afternoon

PGL Update

Our last morning at PGL has been action packed! Raft building had varying degrees of success but so much fun and laughter! Everyone has been amazing and will certainly sleep well tonight!

A warm but extremely enjoyable Day 2 of the Residential Trip. Group A took part in Bodyboarding in the morning down at Goodrington Sands, and then took part in a really engaging Bushcraft session where they worked in groups to filter water.

Groups B and C travelled over to Dartmoor to take part in Ridge Walking and Gorge Scrambling in the forest wilderness. A truly unique experience climbing up and around to the top of Dewerstone Rock which had some brilliant views, and then scrambling through the rapids of River Plym, climbing through waterfalls, and down rock slides.
