This is exactly why we don’t chase the scale.

Maya has spent the last few months focusing on building muscle, fuelling her body properly and training with intention and the difference speaks for itself.

Instead of trying to get smaller, she committed to getting stronger… and here’s what’s changed:

✨ Fuller, rounder glutes with improved shape and projection.
✨ More defined shoulders, giving a stronger upper body silhouette.
✨ Increased back width and muscle definition, creating a more noticeable V-taper.
✨ A tighter-looking waist due to improved muscle development and body composition.
✨ More defined quads and hamstrings, giving her legs a more athletic look.
✨ Better posture and overall physique balance from consistent strength training.

This transformation wasn’t built through endless cardio or eating as little as possible. It came from:
✔️ Progressive overload
✔️ Eating enough to support muscle growth
✔️ Consistency over perfection
✔️ Trusting the process

200 posts later… ✨

Couldn’t think of a better way to mark post number 200 than with 5kg weighted pull ups for 5 reps.

Progress isn’t about being perfect it’s about consistently showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process. Every rep, every session, every setback and every win adds up.

As a coach, I’ll never ask my clients to do something I’m not willing to work on myself. I’m always learning, always pushing, and always striving to be better both for me and for the people I coach.
