From September, I will have availability to welcome new clients at Fireflies Therapy, with sessions offered face-to-face or online.

I provide a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, explore what you’re experiencing and feel supported at your own pace.

I work with people across a range of ages and stages of life, offering an individual approach that recognises that no two people — or their experiences — are the same.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and understand the importance of adapting the therapeutic space and approach to meet each person’s individual needs.

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, changes in your life, feeling overwhelmed, or simply feel that you need someone to talk to, counselling can provide a safe space to begin making sense of how you feel. 💛

Sweeping through Wednesday with “Cinderella” ✨🎃🐭 We’ll be dancing till midnight with our Bibbidi Bobbidi Wands, Pumpkin Carriages, & Mice-Crispie Cakes! 👠

Week 4 Day 2 flying in with “Big Hero 6” ! ☁️🦸‍♂️ Engineering some iconic Baymax cookies, paper-plate healthcare companions, and Bay-marks 📚 ! Also finding some new microbots on the field 🤭🐞

Today we were looking at the movie Bedknobs & Broomsticks! ✨🧙‍♀️

We made some amazing fishes, made our own broomsticks and had a very fun time with the bubble machine! 🫧😁

We have made Christmas pudding biscuits along with our own Christmas wreaths! We also had an amazing time playing with the snow machine! ❄️
