entred perspective which means I am here to support and encourage you to explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviour with a view to gaining a better understanding of yourself and whatever is troubling you. I fully understand the pressures of everyday life and the issues that may impact on this whether these are current for you or from your past. I will support you to reconnect with your inner values and sense of self-worth in order to find your own way to move forward. Prior to qualifying as a counsellor, much of my working life was involved with children, young people, and families in a variety of roles. This ranged from teaching, both children and adults, to supporting young people in schools helping them overcome difficulties that were affecting their education. I have also worked for Children’s Services supporting families in times of need. I have been a volunteer counsellor at St Wilfrid’s Hospice which provides therapeutic support to both children and adults who have been bereaved. In addition, I am a volunteer for a local charity which provides low-cost counselling for people with limited finances. I am able to deliver counselling sessions on both a short or long-term basis. I offer face-to-face counselling as well as over the phone or online. I work from a location close to Eastbourne railway station. I work with both adults and children.
