🎹🌍 Happy World Music Day! 🌍🎹
A huge congratulations to Taran, who has just completed our Alphabet Composer Challenge!
Over the course of the challenge, Taran performed 26 pieces of music by composers whose names covered every letter of the alphabet – from A right through to Z. This remarkable feat required dedication, perseverance, and a willingness to explore a huge variety of composers, musical styles, and periods.
What a fitting achievement to celebrate on World Music Day, a day that recognises the power of music to inspire, connect, and enrich our lives. Taran's accomplishment is a wonderful example of how music can encourage curiosity, commitment, and a lifelong love of learning.
Very well done, Taran – an outstanding achievement and a challenge completed in full! 👏🎶🎵

Some of my pupils embrace this, whilst others are challenged to even count allowed. This is a very good demonstration of why we need to occassionally sing in lessons. Homework....to avoid the idea of singing in class give it a go at home.
