Matsubayashi-ryu Karate - Eastbourne

-competitive, we do not “fight” but instead try to focus on the positive aspects of the art and use it a tool towards self-development. Our training will help with balance, coordination and will be as much of a mental workout as a physical one. Dare I say it but with this in mind, it is ideally suited to perhaps the more mature student but anyone of any age is, of course, more than welcome. Adult classes are held on a Monday and Friday evening at Christ Church Hall (7:30pm – 9pm) and on a Saturday morning at the Dojo at our home (10:30am – 12pm). The children’s classes are at Christ Church Hall only, and are on Friday evenings from 6pm to 7pm.
