Still Life Drawing Eastbourne

Join our couples portrait sip and draw session! 🥂✍️

Share a laugh with your partner or a pal while sketching over a glass or two of wine. It's the perfect date night or a fun way to catch up with a friend.

This beginner-friendly event welcomes everyone! You'll enjoy some fun warm-up drawing exercises, learn about face proportions, and then have a good old giggle as you draw each other and compare your masterpieces.

No artistic experience? No problem! Guidance and support are here if you need them.

Join us at Levels Wine Sunday 27th September from 6pm-8pm.
Tickets are £25 per person and include a glass of wine. Art materials are provided.

It was lovely to be back at Maker Studio last night. I led a relaxed, loose watercolour floral painting session. The artists filled the table with colour and creativity; they were so brave, and many of them surprised themselves with their own creations. A huge well done, everyone! Join one of September's still life art sessions and be inspired by everyday objects! Working from a different still life arrangement each month, styled to be filled with interesting shapes and textures, create artwork and experiment with different art materials.

I'll be back at Maker Studio leading an oil pastel drawing workshop where you’ll discover the expressive qualities of oil pastels through playful mark-making, layering and blending, then create colourful artwork inspired by fruit and veg.

I'll also be back at Levels Wine hosting a couples portrait sip & sketch where you can draw your partner or a pal, giggling away over glasses of wine. The perfect date night or night out!

Wrapping up our August still life drawing sessions with another sunny evening at Tutts Barn Studio last night. The artists worked from a Harvest inspired still life.

We kicked off the session with quick speed drawing exercises. Then everyone chose to draw sections from the still life that inspired them, experimenting with different art materials, including oil pastels, soft pastels, and charcoal.

Check out some of the amazing artwork created at the first of this month's still life drawing sessions at Tutts Barn Studio! We had a relaxing evening drawing from a Harvest inspired still life with the evening sun pouring through the studios large window. 🌼🌾🍞

We kicked off the session with quick speed drawing exercises and then everyone chose their favourite parts of the still life to to draw, experimenting with a variety of art materials, like oil pastels, charcoal and watercolour pencils. I didn't manage to get pics of everyone's fab art during the session.
