Just a normal Thursday night teaching the Junior class - well we were finishing up with a fun game of Laser Glove - and one of the parents watching decided to turn us in to a cartoon 🤣

Playing with jump side kicks with Jokyu Lee, it was tricky but so much fun!! These two made so much progress in class.

Gotta stay in the hoop!! ⭕️

Eeeaaakk!

Check out his face when he steps out of it - super cute ☺️ he knew the task and tried really hard afterwards to keep his balance.

That’s what we love to see our students do, learn from the wobbles, learn from the mistakes and keep trying their best 🙌🏻

The love of martial arts, where friends say “punch me” on a regular basis 🤣🤣🤣 Hands up if you know what I mean! 🤓

Having the confidence to stand out the front and lead the warm up is an amazing ability. Especially for our youngest students.
It can be really daunting, all the children and parents are facing you, and you have to be loud so everyone can hear you and remember all the moves.
This young man did an excellent job of it today and we are really proud of him.
Confidence is key, and we LOVE to help everyone value themselves and know what they’re capable of in life.
